Rental Details
The house was completely
gutted in 1999 and rebuilt. Tastefully furnished, this is our
family vacation home. All pots, pans and necessary kitchen stuff
is available - just have to buy your own food. Linens and towels are
also included. We also have a full size washer and dryer.
We have a small TV with
satellite reception and a DVD - (hoping you won't spend much time
watching TV !!)
There is NO high speed
internet available yet!
I usually go to a coffee shop in town to get my internet fix.

Pagosa Springs Vacation Rental - Floor Plans
The first floor consists of two bedrooms
- one has a queen bed
- the second bedroom has a twin and a new log bunk bed with a queen on the bottom.

The second floor is the living area which opens to a large deck with fantastic views of the mountains. The living room has a cathedral ceiling and a loft above the kitchen and dinning room.

The Loft
The loft is a nice area to read a book. We also have three twin beds and room for more sleeping bags.
